Don’t know about you, but September was a very busy month.
For me, I’m pretty sure I spent more nights sleeping in a hotel then my actual bed. Lots of work-related and family-fun travel this past month.
And because of that – not a great workout month – but still pretty good. October is starting on a rocking note – here’s a look at the numbers for September – I’ve also started focusing more on weights and less on stupid elliptical time.
September 2012: 139.9 miles on the bike – 79,540 pounds lifted in weights
August 2012: 272.02 miles – 94,430 pounds lifted
July 2012: 92.29 miles – 41,580 pounds lifted
June 2012: 189.5 miles – 70,849 pounds lifted
May 2012: 31.74 miles – 11,395 pounds lifted
April 2012: 37.87 – 36,870 pounds lifted
March 2012: 41.69 miles – 67,490 pounds lifted
February 2012: 37.95 miles – 12,040 pounds lifted
January 2012: 93.76 miles – 2,675 pounds lifted
