Getting back on the bike

Things have been pretty crazy this summer.

Work has been non-stop – literally!!

Between work, vacation and finding kid activities, exercise has taken a back seat.

But is appears the work load should be lightened a bit, so it’s time to get back into a routine.

I did something new this week, morning biking.

I get up at 6am and get on the bike until about 6:30 when I have to get ready for work.

Monday – Friday I managed to squeeze in 21.7 miles.  If I have time I go to the YMCA in the evening.  This week I only got there once, and did 4 miles on the elliptical.  Better than nothing!!

Baby-steps…
