It dawned on me the other day that I’m not quite right in the head. I blame the news business. Then I got to thinking, maybe there are others like me? Let me know and please add to the list!
You know you work in television news when:
- You always have your cell phone at the ready to snap a breaking news photo.
- You sit on an airplane or stand in line at a store or bank and practice a phoner in the event of a hostage situation.
- You look at an airplane and think, “I wonder if it’s going to explode or crash.”
- You get excited meeting high-profile lawyers from previous news stories.
- You feel intimidated by newspaper reporters.
