It’s been a while since I’ve blogged- – and frankly a while since I’ve had the motivation to seriously workout.
But- I’ve somehow found the motivation and I’m not stopping anytime soon!
I am on Day 14 of straight- intense- workouts.
Today I did a pretty intense 10 mile/1 hour bike ride.
It felt great- except for the fact that my arms and lower back are still in mucho pain after yesterday’s morning weight workout.
I’ve been riding the Seminole/Cady Way Trial area…I’m thinking of venturing up to the Cross Seminole Trail one of these days….
All of this is building up to the Ormond Loop.
Anyone out there have any other suggestions? Recommendations? Want to go riding together??
