Two days, two spin classes.
Who am I?! But I love it. I’m trying to get into a routine that will allow me to hit a spin class daily. I know I will need to change it up a bit and add some weights in there. And I’ll get to that. But for me it’s all about a routine first. I’ve tried a couple of things, and so far, this is working. But, I’m sure that will all change once school starts soon!

Way to rock it sister! I haven’t done a spinning class, it kind of scares me… it’s like riding to nowhere! I’m sitting at 96.88 miles right now with my bikey bike! You’ll hit 100 miles before me! We right at it 100 together! WOO HOO!
OH! And today I pulled Tyler behind me in his “burley/bike trailer” thingy – dang… it’s one thing pulling yourself up a gradual hill, it’s another when you’re pulling yourself AND a 30+ pound kiddo with you!
