We are going into Week 3 of the Game On Diet! I still find it hard to believe I’ve made it this far!
I’ve gotten used to the aspect of the game, even the food! I still have a hard time figuring out if something is on the diet or not. I’ve learned that I have a hard time identifying the type of food….for example….Cheese…is it a protein, fat?
That’s where I seem to get stuck. But I’m learning, which I guess is the whole point of the game.
There’s been lots of trash talking, lots of support and LOTS of laughs so far. It’s amazing to see some of the results, and equally as exciting to see how many people are interested in joining round 2 of the game!
I’ve lost a total of 4 pounds so far. Not amazing, but progress!! Since I’ve been working out almost daily for the last year, I’ve lost nothing- but I haven’t gained anything either. So at least this is a step in the right direction!
Game On!
