Game On Diet: Week 3

It’s day 3 of the Game On Diet and I’m still alive!

So far, so good!!  Here’s my problem with any diet/excercise.  I’m kind-of into instant gratification.  Ok, not kind of…totally!  The whole diet/exercise regime is just too slow with results!

I know I’ll see them, I just don’t have the patience!

Exercise:  Doing great on that front!! I’m feeling the burn and trying to learn to love it.

Water: No problem- three liters really isn’t that bad- and I have gotten a little bit more used to going to the bathroom all the time!

Habits: Well, I’m blogging, right?? Yeah me!!! Dropping the F-bomb is a challenge, but I’ve been ok.

Food: This is the hardest one for me.  It’s not that I want to eat junk food all the time.  I’m just kind-of picky and really don’t like the consistency of many of the foods that I’m eating.  I’m not sure if I’m going to get used to it.  The other problem is that I hate to cook, don’t have the patience for the kitchen and just can’t think ahead far enough to plan out meals.  Thankfully, my dear husband has been helping with that, but I need to figure this out!  That’s my biggest challenge of the game.

I know the game is going to last four weeks…but I’m going to keep it going- at least until the middle of December.  I have the Florida Emmy Awards to attend the first week of December, so I need to be looking good!!!!
