October Workout Numbers

October started off super strong for me in terms of workouts.  But, the month hasn’t ended quite so well as I’ve been sick. These weather changes always make me sick. Workout Numbers….Killing it in August!

  August 2012: 272.02 miles BOOM!!!  That’s my mileage for August on the bike….I’m on a roll literally…pun intended.
