February 2013 Workout Numbers

February 2013: 265.48 miles on the bike – 164,108 pounds lifted.

Yes – I’m pretty proud of my process.  I made THREE different boards at the YMCA this month.  The one below for total weight lifted.  Another for most workouts (36) and another for total workout days (18).

But at the end of the day – still not a lot of progress on the scale. I’ve been pretty amazing with what I’ve been eating.  I’m eating vegetables like are dipped in chocolate.  They are not, but I like to pretend.  I’ve been welcoming fruit into my life.  Still without any soda and drinking water to the point where I’m going to the bathroom all day long.  And still….nothing.  But I guess the good news is that I’m not gaining.  But….frustrating.  So frustrating.  Makes me just want to eat pancakes and french fries.  I guess the muscle is doing it’s thing.  Whatever 🙂

  1. Lifting weight builds muscle, so you won’t loose weight. Depends on what the overall goal is. But way to effin’ go girl! I’ll never be a jerk to you in drinking games again because you will kick my butt 🙂
