Thank you all for the great kind words about our family Halloween fight.  I wanted to give you all an update on this ever important news!

After some kind words from family and friends, some encouragement from his brother, and the offer of overalls from a friend (Monica, you are a lifesaver!), we have success!  All it really took was Brendan (the oldest of my two boys) to tell the youngest that he would wear overalls and be Wreck-It Ralph if he didn’t already spend money on a costume.

We took some fabric dye and tried to get the blue jean overalls a little more brown, hit the Goodwill store (again!) and got our big Ralph hands from Walt Disney World.

Saturday night we had our first chance to try out the outfit for a Halloween party.  Here’s Ralph:
